Almost ready

Well, getting ready for the flight tomorrow night. I took my malaria medication last night. Felt like sh*t after I took it. Luckily I don’t have to take it for too long. Name_Removed on the other hand has to take it for a few extra weeks. She doesn’t have the same side effects that I do though. According to the CDC, Belize does have some risk for Malaria, but as a precaution, we purchased some repellent with a high Deet concentration.

I am all packed and ready to go. Went to Costco and bought some snacks for the flights. Also picked up a ton of sun screen. God only knows how easy it is for me to burn. I packed my summer cowboy hat that I got at the Stetson factory outlet store in St. Joseph, MO.

We got plenty of storage for the digital photos that we plan to take. Hopefully I will be able to create a big photo album on the site from our trip. We are going to obviously hang out on the beach, but also plan to visit some Mayan ruins, the monkey river, and the world’s only jaguar natural reserve.
