Let the good times roll

I have said it before, and I will say it again….I hate being bored!! I talked to my boss a week or so ago about needing more things to do. Well, she hooked me up. I got all sorts of things to do now. It feels so nice to be busy again. Time no longer stands still. One minute I am arriving at the office and then another minute later it is time to go home.

I just completed this one project I was assigned. I created a database that will compare the different attributes from items created in Cingular systems. It then checks those items against our blue system. This tells me what I need to enter and what attributes go into an item. It also creates a "master list" that I post onto a website. When it comes to the items and what not, I am very anal.

The most exciting news is that I am getting a new laptop. Cingular is getting me a Dell Precision laptop. It is basically a high-end laptop with lots of power. It will have 2Gb of RAM, 120Gb of HD space, 1.8 Ghz processor, and a 256mb video card. New toys are always nice and make a guy feel special ;-).

Things have changed for the better it seems like. I am once again having fun at work. I try and ignore a lot of people that annoy me. That seems to help a lot. I am able to get my work done so that’s all that matters.
