Chef JĀSÖN

It is the last day of one of Name_Removed’s co-workers. He is moving back to India. Anyway, to celebrate his time  spent with Name_Removed’s team, they are having a party. Name_Removed is hosting that party at her house. We are expecting about 10-12 people.

The big catch, for me anyway, is that I need to cook Beer Can Chicken. I have cooked it now about 6 times so far. It is very easy to make! The best part about this recipe; the chicken falls from the bone. It is wonderful. I am cooking a total of 4 birds. Two of them are seasoned with rosemary and garlic while the other 2 are seasoned with a Kentucky Bourbon rub. It is good stuff ;-).

Dinner went very well. The chicken turned out awesome!! I would have to say that last nights chicken was some of the best I have made. I think we all had a good time.

Here’s another great recipe to try from the “tin-can-chicken-land” lady:
saturday night vidalia onions. search on vidalia onions on the food.com site, you can narrow the search by selecting the right show - but I forget so I refer to her as above. Easy and rewarding. Goes on a little ahead of your chickens. bon a-pet-it
