A New Job?

So last Friday, while working from home, my boss contacts me and we start off by having small talk. She then mentions that she would like to transition me into a new position. This new position would be somewhat of a functional analyst/manager position. One of my primary responsibilities would be gather end-user business requirements and then communicate them with the developers. I would be the middle-guy. This is all surrounding web and web servers.

It definitely would benefit me in the aspect of learning more geek stuff. So, the job sounds great. I would still be in the same department and would be based in Redmond. The pay for the new position is very attractive.

I don’t know when I will hear any more updates on it. From what I have been told, it won’t take “months”. I hope not because I am totally excited to do this position. It sounds perfect for me!!
