Uplink Hosting

I have sent numerous emails requesting support from our web hosting company that hosts the Spa Doctor website. I have yet to receive a response. Tonight, I called the bastards and left them a voicemail and also sent them another email. Something will happen first: we will switch hosting companies or they will fix the issue. The issue is that the Frontpage extensions are not setup. We use these for our contact form. As soon as we change hosting companies, I will be able to use CGI scripting for the form so no more frontpage extensions!!

On the Spa Doctor contact page, I posted a little note to let visitors know that we are having issues…

Due to some technical issues with our hosting company,  Uplink Hosting, our contact form is currently not functioning. Please send us an email directly to  info@spadoctor.com. We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. As we continue to work with our hosting company, we hope to have this issue resolved promptly.

Hopefully the search indexes will pick up the new text so when people need to learn about Uplink they will know the truth!
