Whole wheat spaghetti noodles

What else would a fat-guy like me talk about? He would talk about food. Dang it, I eat something relatively healthy too. I can hear the applause now. It’s a lot better then the usual pizza dinner or Jack-n-the-box Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger.

I was talking to a buddy of mine this evening. We were just bs’n around and I told him I was making dinner. He asked what I was making. So I told him. I told him I was making the basic spaghetti dinner, but using whole wheat noodles. I think he sounded just as skeptical as I was when I heard about wheat noodles. The though of it just didn’t sound too good. I got to tell ya, they are actually not too bad. They taste pretty dang good. I find them to be far more filling too. That’s a good thing since I can eat so much dang pasta.
