Possible House For Us

Keep your fingers crossed. We might have found a house. I just got off the phone with the landlord and I am going to meet him tomorrow @ 12:00. The house is basically exactly like the other house I was looking at. It was completely remodeled inside, new appliances, fenced back yard, new windows, and is $100 cheaper a month in rent!! I really hope this works out. It sure would be nice to get a pad.

Talking to this landlord was like a breath of fresh air compared to dealing with Peter from the old place. Totally came across as a cool guy.
