Google Fights, MSN Punts

The justice department has requested Google to send them search data. The government wants to know how users are using the internet. The goal is to attempt to block pornographic material from reaching minors. Once the request was submitted, Google refused to submit to the government’s demands.

Come to find out, MSN did in fact send some search data to the government, but deny sending any personal information. Unlike Google, MSN just rolled over and said okay. I wonder if MSN Search is managed by a bunch of kickers?
