Let’s Move On

I think the best thing for Seattle Seahawks fans to do is move on. Super Bowl XL is over and is now behind us. The city needs to look forward to next year. It’s unfortunate that the officials didn’t call a good game, but no matter what is said now, the outcome of the game will not change. Let’s start looking forward to the NFL Draft in April. Let’s hope the free agent market works out well for us. Let’s pray that we can resign Shaun Alexander to a decent salary that won’t hurt the salary cap.

The local media is continuing to have ‘Top Story’ coverage of the officials in the Super Bowl which just ads fuel to the fire. They continue to discuss what would have been if the officials called a fair game. Coach Holmgren could potentially receive a fine for his comments about the officials a couple of days ago. KomoTV is also trying to organize a local fund to pay for his fine if the NFL so decides to fine him.
