Spammers Suck!

Every day when I log into my WordPress admin panel, I get to see the daily spam comments that are being posted to my blog. They all basically say the same thing: “I love what you have to say” and then they link to some random websites.

I’ve spent the time and manually delete them, but in some cases, within minutes at times, those bogus comments return. Well, enough is enough. It’s an all out war against spam! Today I activated the Akismet plugin which is supposed to help fight the spread of spam on WordPress blogs. Nothing is every fail safe, but I sure hope this helps out some.
