Summer in Seattle

The weather in the Seattle area is usually pretty boring. A little rain, maybe partly cloudy, or even some sun at comfortable levels. Today, and tomorrow too, it’s all about the sun. The forecast for tomorrow is around 93°F, but today feels about the same. At times, my truck thermostat for the outside has been showing 95°F, but weather stations are showing it’s currently 85°F. Either way, it’s hot! Sebas is going nuts! I hosed him down with the garden hose to help cool him off. Earlier, he was outside eating grass for 20 minutes straight. He was not doing/feeling well. All is good now for him. Once I hosed him off and he came inside to be near the fan, the dog fell sound asleep.

I’ve been inside and outside for most of the day. I got the inside of my truck all detailed. It needed a cleaning bad. I’ve been hot since the moment I woke up. Whether I am inside my house, where the temperature is at a balmy 84°F, or outside in the 85°F - 95°F heat, there is no escaping this stagnant heat. If the forecast is true for tomorrow, I haven’t felt anything yet. I technically should get used to this heat though. I was checking the weather in Graz, Austria, and Ptuj, Slovenia. The weather there is the same as it is here; HOT!

With this heat, and not having AC in the house, it might be worth staying a little later in the office tomorrow where AC is provided. On the bright side, at least the beer is still cold.
