MBA Charity Golf Tournament
I took the day off from work yesterday to participate in the Master Builders Association Charity Golf Tournament held at Trilogy Golf Club in Redmond, WA. The course is essentially brand new. Green fees run about $60 - $75 for a round of golf. The course is absolutely gorgeous, but also challenging. For those that haven’t played it, Trilogy is definitely worth trying out.
The foursome that we had contained my Uncle Paul, John from Spa Doctor, John’s friend Doug, and me. The tournament was scramble style golf. When we finished, we turned in our score card finishing 1 under par. The winner was 16 under par. It’s been a long time, years in fact, since I have played a full round of golf. Yesterday, I played exactly as expected; shitty.
The weather couldn’t have been any better. It was 75°F with a slight breeze. I unfortunately got sunburned pretty badly, but I sure had fun getting burned. Felt no pain!
