I Can’t Help But Laugh

Like the title states, I really can’t help but laugh at this. A new program was released that I execute in one of our systems. It’s sole purpose is to ensure values are consistent in all areas of the system. I received an email today from production support [IT] accusing me of slowing down the system and clogging up the queue for other programs to execute. Why is this funny? They [IT] frigging designed this program!!! They [IT] developed this system to do what it does and they [IT] don’t know what it does.

I knew that the business units never talk to each other, but it also appears that project managers, developers, and production support doesn’t communicate with each other either. As time progresses and more things are added to this system, it will only get worse. Mark my words….
