Tiger Tiger Woods Ya’ll

Tiger Woods 07Most people that know me well enough know that I do enjoy playing a couple of specific video games. I enjoy these games so much so that my roommate and I stay up until late at night playing the games. What two games are they you ask? Madden and Tiger Woods PGA Tour. Come to think of it, we were playing Tiger Woods when my original Xbox game console died. It was that very console that had my profile with all of my achievements. I vowed that when Tiger Woods for the Xbox 360 was released that I would return my character to greatness. Tiger Woods was released on Wednesday, October 18th and by late Friday night (10/20/06), I had >50% of the game completed and all my character attributes above 100%. Basically in a matter of two days I managed to get my character to legend status.

The new Tiger Woods game is very addicting and a lot of fun. Playing Tiger Woods on the Xbox 360 is a real treat. The graphics are amazing and having the crowd on the course is fun - especially when you strike one of them with your tee shot. I do have a couple of gripes with the new game. Only 12 courses are available and only a handful of golfers are available to unlock. In Tiger Woods 06 for the original Xbox, you unlocked a lot more courses, golfers, and also worked towards being signed by different golf sponsors. Once you are signed, and using that sponsor’s products, the game allowed you to obtain more money. In the Xbox 360 version, no more sponsorships.

well let me know if you want ‘06 back… I can’t put to save my life. if the golfers in the game swore when you missed a put I’d be good for about 248 “f-bombs” by now.

by the way, you’ve got to let me design you some kind of a better header for your site… the plain blue is making me sleepy.
