I Won Another Award At Work

Today I received an email from one of the VPs in the IT organization. The VP was recognizing me, my boss, and a few others for their efforts in a major project we completed. The email was sent to the winners and a number of others within the corporation. The email stated that I was a winner of the “Customer Support Excellence Team Award”. I don’t really have any details about this award, but from what I have been told, this a national award and a committee reviews each nomination before announcing the winners. According to the email….

“Jason Anderson – he was available to test and validate fixes, no matter how late or on the weekends. He answered the call of duty every time.”

At least it is being recognized that I gave up my life during the holiday season to work on this project. :king:

Late and on the weekends – it’s because you were making up for the time you weren’t doing work! :cheerful: :cheerful:

It’s nice to get anything these days. If they only knew how bad we are treated around here we would get more than a $25 credit card. And for the record Jason works from time to time, but always gets the job done.

The Hoovah is correct – we did receive a little $25 gift card. Just today, via interoffice mail, I received my little paper award certificate :peder:
