Is it hard to spell ‘Maple Valley’?
Is it really that hard to spell Maple Valley? Maybe we should go back to the first grade and sound it all out. Maybe that will help….So I changed my address with Bank of America and GMAC. The customer service reps I spoke with at both companies struggle with the spelling of the city I now reside in. Here is how each rep spelled the city:
- Bank of America = “Mapple Vallyey”
- GMAC = “Mapple Valley”
Seriously – WTF!?
Maybe they don’t have Maple trees (or valleys?) in India?
They do indeed, in India have both Maple trees and valleys….cwms even. Perhaps they learned to spell maple from by viewing the artwork of Mapplethorpe.
